Subscription Club T-Shirts
Each quarter you’ll receive a brand new organic t-shirt that’s exclusively available at FTLOTN. Some of the designs you might have seen before, some will be brand new about to be launched tees and some totally exclusive and designed just for our subscription club.
The designs will celebrate the North East and the gorgeous region that we call home but don’t worry there’ll always be three choices to choose from if the design is about a particular place - making sure you love every item you receive.
This product is part of our "FTLOTN On Demand" program. Printed to order and ships in 5-7 working days . This is done in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.
Food Banks
For every FTLOTN adult garment sold in 2023 (including this T-Shirt), a full day of meals will be donated to someone who finds themselves in financial crisis through our partner food bank - The Bay Foodbank. In fact we’ll keep that promise going as long as you’re subscribed for - meaning you know every tee you receive is making a donation.
*Please note each subscription is totally unique so you may not receive the same t-shirt design as someone else with a different subscription.
Optional extra – have your items hand wrapped in brown paper packaging tied up with string and with their very own North East tourist tip.
All postal Packaging can be recycled except for stickers (we’re working on it). For orders placed before midday, we aim to process the same business day.Orders placed after midday will be processed the next business day.
During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
UK ORDERS
We send all orders via the Royal Mail, who advise that: Royal Mail 24™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels the next working day upon handover in the United Kingdom. Royal Mail 48™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels within two working days, with a small minority within 3 working days upon handover in the United Kingdom.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage is free on all orders over £30 and costs £3.25 for orders under this amount. Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage for £4.50
Orders can also be collected from our shop selecting the click and collect option.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We send our international orders via Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service. The Royal Mail give the following delivery aims for international orders: Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
European postage costs a flat rate of £9.00
Worldwide postage costs a flat rate of £15.00
You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
