As we’re sure you’re aware the thing that makes us happiest is working with fabulous North East creatives to celebrate our wonderful region. Every year we get the chance to collaborate with a handful of cherry picked artists to create amazing pieces of artwork. But to do this we need to be able to pay them properly. A decent amount that celebrates their unique skills and talents. Which is why we can only ever work with a couple of artists each year. We want to expand what we do. To be able to work with more artists. To celebrate their ideas and our fabulous surroundings. So we thought maybe you could help…

We're inviting you to join our community and support our artists and creatives.

What you'll get:

  • Quarterly updates letting you know about the artists we’re working with thanks to you.
  • 20% off any purchases (online or in-store) for a year from joining our community*.

Optional extra – have your items hand wrapped in brown paper packaging tied up with string and with their very own North East tourist tip.

All postal Packaging can be recycled except for stickers (we’re working on it). 

For orders placed before midday, we aim to process the same business day.

Orders placed after midday will be processed the next business day.

During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

UK ORDERS

We send all orders via the Royal Mail, who advise that: Royal Mail 24™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels the next working day upon handover in the United Kingdom. Royal Mail 48™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels within two working days, with a small minority within 3 working days upon handover in the United Kingdom.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage is free on all orders over £30 and costs £3.25 for orders under this amount. Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage for £4.50

Orders can also be collected from our shop selecting the click and collect option.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We send our international orders via Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service. The Royal Mail give the following delivery aims for international orders: Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

European postage costs a flat rate of £9.00

Worldwide postage costs a flat rate of £15.00

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
