Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK and worldwide! Whether you're just down the road or thousands of miles from the North East, we’re happy to send a little piece of home your way.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and you can choose either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 at checkout. International delivery times vary depending on location.

How much is postage?
Postage is calculated based on the total price of your order. We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping on all UK orders over £40. You’ll be able to select your preferred service at checkout.


Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, just contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Can I track my order?
Yes! All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and you can choose between Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery at checkout. Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.


Gifting

Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Lots of our customers do. Just pop the recipient’s address in at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personal notes?
Yes! We offer handwritten gift notes for free—just leave your message in the notes box at checkout.
For an extra special touch, you can also add our signature brown paper packaging tied up with string for just 50p.

Returns

What’s your returns policy?
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return process. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please send us a photo and we’ll sort it out quickly and kindly.
